This NOC Maganer will be responsible for 2nd Line Planned Works TX , in order to contribute to a quality deliver and network changes without network impact to have a high level Network availability:
Assure NOC planned works preparation, to deliver upon request and without network impact
Assure team execution of Network Implementation and roll out plan;
Assist team for proactive search different ways of working to facilitate the activity.
Assure planned work activities, network rollout and SW upgrades in transmission & MW nodes;
Perform nodes integrations and swaps, including ATM switches, IP routers, LAN switches and SDH/PDH switches;
Assure interface with other teams, in case of, network change management, and other areas related with Network Operations and Support;
Assure all actions and escalations necessary, internal or external, in order to achieve service restoration, in case of faults;
Assure the achievement of Service Levels Agreed (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all NOC team;
Responsible for the recruitment program, training and team member's performance evaluation.
Skills and
Experience:
Educational degree in Telecommunication Engineer or degree equivalent;
Experience in Telecommunication in similar functions (above 3 years);
Team leader skills and experience;
Agile methodologies;
Team supervision;
Technical preparation and language knowledge (written and spoken) in English, Portuguese ;
Knowledge of Mobile Technology and experience in configuration & Operations of transmission equipment's ATM switches, IP routers, LAN switches and SDH/PDH switches, MW equipment, metro Ethernet, IP;Knowledge of ITIL Incident Management.
